TECHNIREZ® R1267 – High-Impact, Wear-Resistant Epoxy Coating System

TECHNIREZ® R1267 is a pre-filled, solvent-free epoxy system engineered for use with H1269 hardener to produce exceptionally tough, wear-resistant coatings that cure at ambient temperature. Designed for demanding industrial environments, the R1267 system delivers outstanding chemical, mechanical and electrical properties, making it ideal for long-term protection in high-wear applications.

Formulated specifically for the mining and heavy industrial sectors, R1267 is widely used for the protection of pump casings, slurry and materials-handling equipment, chutes, walkways, processing components and abrasion-exposed surfaces. Its high-impact resistance and durable, chemically resilient surface help extend equipment life and reduce downtime caused by wear and erosion.

R1267’s pre-filled formulation ensures uniform consistency, simple application and reliable film build over steel, concrete, composite and other industrial substrates. The system’s solvent-free chemistry minimises shrinkage and maximises adhesion, creating a hard, durable, long-lasting protective layer.
