TECHNIREZ® R1266 – High-Strength, Low-Viscosity Epoxy Casting System

TECHNIREZ® R1266 is a solvent-free, pre-filled epoxy casting resin engineered for use with H1266 hardener to produce a tough, high-compressive-strength compound that cures at ambient temperature. Designed for heavy-duty industrial service, R1266 offers exceptional flow, ease of use and reliable performance in demanding environments.

Originally formulated for the mining industry, R1266 is widely used as a backfilling compound for cone crusher linings, where strength, toughness and vibration resistance are critical. The system is packaged in convenient pre-measured kits, eliminating mixing errors and simplifying on-site application.

Its very low viscosity allows R1266 to penetrate tight clearances, ensuring complete wet-out and void-free casting—making it equally effective for bolt grouting, machine bedding, chocking, gap filling and structural support applications across mining, quarrying, industrial and mechanical sectors.

Durable, strong and simple to use, TECHNIREZ® R1266 provides dependable casting performance where compressive strength and ease of application matter most.
