ATL formulates and manufactures a complete range of advanced epoxy systems, including TECHNIGLUE® high-strength structural adhesives, KINETIX® high-performance laminating resins, TECHNIFILL® lightweight filler compounds, TECHNIREZ™ industrial epoxies, and WEST SYSTEM® marine epoxy solutions.

As a true epoxy formulator, ATL has the capability to engineer systems that meet specific processing, mechanical, and safety requirements. Our in-house chemists develop resins and hardeners that are easy to use, non-solvented, and built around safer, more efficient chemical technologies — without compromising performance. And if a project requires properties beyond our extensive product range, ATL can custom-formulate a system tailored precisely to your application.

– The Future is Stronger with ATL Composites

ATL Core Materials

ATL Composites supplies a high-performance portfolio of structural core materials engineered for lightweight strength, efficiency and long-term durability across marine, industrial, architectural, transport and defence markets. With trusted options including DIAB Divinycell®, ProBalsa® and COOSA® composite boards, ATL enables manufacturers to optimise performance, sustainability and cost — backed by 45+ years of local composite expertise.

To support a wide range of manufacturing processes, ATL offers multiple finishing configurations to suit infusion, hand lamination and complex shaping, including: Plain, Perforated (PF), Grooved (GRC), Grooved & Perforated (GPC) and Grid-Scored with Scrim (GS). For streamlined production, ATL’s pre-cut core kits reduce waste and improve efficiency, providing fast, accurate installation for both custom builds and volume manufacturing.

– Strength From Within. Reliability From ATL

ATL Composites specialise in the design, formulation and manufacture of lightweight composite panel systems engineered for strength, efficiency and production speed. The DuFLEX® range offers high-performance panels manufactured with PVC or SAN foam cores, rigid end-grain balsa, aramid honeycomb, or COOSA® fibre-reinforced polyurethane board — providing structural solutions for yacht hulls and bulkheads, road and rail floors, truck bodies, industrial tanks and architectural long-span roofing.

For non-structural fabrication, Featherlight® panels provide an ultra-lightweight option for yacht interiors, furniture modules and architectural cladding, using low-density foams.

The panel range is further supported by DuraKore® strip planks, a modular strip-planking solution developed for custom marine construction, allowing builders to achieve fair, round-bilge hulls using a logical, sequential process.

All ATL composite panels are manufactured in a controlled production environment with rigorous quality assurance and traceability applied at every stage — ensuring consistency, reliability and repeatable performance.

– Smarter Materials. Stronger Outcomes

Scott Bader Atl
ATL Composites supplies a comprehensive range of equipment and ancillary tools designed to support accurate dispensing, efficient mixing and clean, consistent application of epoxy, adhesive and composite systems. Each item in the range is selected for durability, ease of use and compatibility with professional workshop environments.

The offering includes precision dispensing pumps, mixing pots, stir sticks, roller trays, plastic spreaders, application rollers, protective consumables and other essential accessories engineered to improve workflow, reduce waste and streamline composite processing. Many tools feature smooth, non-stick surfaces that allow cured resin to release cleanly—enhancing reuse and simplifying cleanup. (Thicker films of cured resin generally release more easily; thin films may require additional effort depending on tool wear.) For coating applications, high-quality disposable foam rollers are recommended, providing smooth and even film laydown while minimising air entrapment and surface defects. Whether laminating, bonding, filling or coating, ATL’s Equipment & Ancillaries range supports precise handling, consistent results and a safer, more efficient composite manufacturing process.
