Processing & Application

Crystic® Gelcoat LS 97PA is pre-accelerated and designed for spray application.

  • Recommended catalyst: 2% Butanox® M-50 or equivalent

  • Recommended wet film thickness: 600–800 microns

  • Spray temperature: 15–25°C

Apply using controlled spray passes to build film thickness gradually and ensure consistent surface quality. Post curing is recommended to achieve optimum weathering, mechanical, and water-resistance performance prior to placing parts into service.

Packaging & Storage

    • Packaging:

      • Natural – 20 kg pail

      • White – 25 kg pail

    • Storage:
       Store in original, sealed containers under cover and out of direct sunlight.
      Recommended storage temperature below 25°C.
      Product must not be frozen.
