The TECHINGLUE adhesive range includes systems suitable for secondary bonding of fibre-reinforced composite parts, and multi-purpose bonding of timber, concrete and stone, through to highly toughened adhesives suitable for the structural bonding of metals where high peel strength is required.
The range includes R90 Rapid Cure with a cure time of approximately 4 minutes at 25 C which is excellent for quick repairs, the industry favourite TECHNIGLUE R60 which is commonly used in civil construction for mechanical fastenings and laminated beams and has VOC compliance under the specification of the Green Building Council of Australia / Green Star Office Design V3 IEQ-13 and two toughened adhesives, the TECHNIGLUE R15 formulated with exceptional peel properties for metal to metal bonding, particularly aluminium and steel, and also making it ideal for critical applications in the Marine industry, such as hull to deck bonding.
The new TECHNIGLUE R85 is also toughened, with the added feature of excellent temperature stability, making it ideal in industrial bonding applications that are subject to elevated temperatures with a *Heat Distortion Temperature of 105° C *ASTM D648 Deflection Temperature Under Load Measured by DMA
