KINETIX® R240 – High-Performance Laminating Epoxy System

KINETIX® R240 is a low-viscosity, high-performance laminating epoxy formulated to produce stronger, stiffer and tougher laminates than conventional general-purpose epoxy systems. Designed for room-temperature composite fabrication, R240 delivers excellent mechanical performance in carbon fibre, aramid and fibreglass laminates.

Engineered for versatility, R240 can be paired with a choice of hardeners — H126, H160, H161 and H162 — providing a broad range of pot lives, working times and cure profiles. Each resin/hardener combination offers predictable handling, controlled viscosity and dependable mechanical properties across laminating processes.

Solvent-free and optimised for wet-lay-up and room-temperature curing, R240 delivers strong fibre wet-out, consistent laminate consolidation and high structural integrity in finished components.
