TECHNIREZ® R2533 – Hand-Workable Epoxy Paste for Pattern & Mould Making

TECHNIREZ® R2533 is a solvent-free, hand-mixable epoxy paste system engineered for pattern making, mould making and prototype fabrication. Designed for use with H2533 hardener and curing at room temperature, the system produces a soft, easily workable paste that can be shaped, formed and applied with precision.

When cured, R2533 forms a dimensionally stable, machinable material that can be cut, sanded and shaped using standard woodworking tools—making it ideal for creating accurate patterns, plugs, surface build-ups, design mockups and tool repairs.

The thixotropic formulation enables layers up to 10 mm thick in a single application, providing fast build capability and reducing the number of laminating passes required. R2533’s excellent stability and workable handling behaviour make it a go-to system for designers, fabricators, toolmakers and composite technicians.
