R15 — Toughened Structural Paste

Thixotropic, high-strength structural paste for metal and composite bonding.

TECHNIGLUE® R15 is a soft, thixotropic, solvent-free epoxy paste adhesive engineered for high-strength bonding across metals and composite substrates. Formulated for room-temperature cure with H15 hardeners, R15 provides excellent adhesion to aluminium, steel, fibreglass, carbon fibre, and a wide range of engineering materials.

Developed specifically to prevent peeling failure at the metal–resin interface, R15 delivers dramatically increased peel strength with no compromise to tensile, compressive, or overall structural performance. With excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength, it is suited to demanding marine, industrial, aerospace, defence, architectural, and automotive applications.

R15EXPT combined with H15 Slow or Super Slow extends pot life for large components, high-temperature environments, or complex assemblies requiring increased working time.
