Divinycell® HP — High-Temperature Structural Core for Advanced Composite Processing

Divinycell® HP is a high-performance PVC structural core engineered to meet the demands of elevated-temperature composite processing, including low–medium temperature prepreg systems, infusion and other advanced manufacturing methods. Its unique polymer formulation provides an outstanding balance of strength, toughness and thermal stability at an exceptionally low weight.

Designed for applications where both processing temperature and in-service heat exposure are critical, Divinycell® HP retains a high percentage of its mechanical properties even after long-term exposure to elevated ambient temperatures. The material offers excellent stiffness-to-weight performance, high elongation to break, strong ductility and reliable adhesion/peel strength — ensuring dependable performance across demanding structural environments.

With excellent chemical resistance, very low water absorption, low resin uptake and reliable thermal/acoustic insulation capability, Divinycell® HP provides durable long-term performance in marine, wind energy, industrial, defence, architectural and high-performance vehicle structures.

Thermoformable, easy to machine and compatible with all common resin systems, Divinycell® HP enables efficient fabrication while meeting the stringent requirements of high-temperature composite production.
