TECHNIREZ® R1300 – High-Gloss, Chemical-Resistant Epoxy Flowcoat System

TECHNIREZ® R1300 is a solvent-free, high-build epoxy flowcoat formulated for use with H1300 hardener to provide a durable, chemical-resistant coating for hull interiors, lockers, engine rooms and storage compartments. Designed for easy application and excellent surface behavior, R1300 cures at room temperature to form a tough, flexible, high-gloss film that resists dirt pick-up and is simple to clean.

With excellent brush-ability, self-leveling properties and non-sag characteristics, R1300 is ideal for coating vertical and overhead surfaces. Optimum results can be achieved with a single coat using a short-bristle fibreglass brush, making it efficient for production and refit environments.

The system offers outstanding resistance to oils, fuels, moisture and general chemical exposure, making it well-suited for marine engine rooms and demanding interior environments. R1300 is also tintable, allowing customised grey shades through the addition of WEST SYSTEM® 502 Black Pigment (1–6%) to achieve consistent colour across larger areas.
