WEST SYSTEM® 105 – Premium Marine Epoxy Resin

WEST SYSTEM® 105 Epoxy Resin is a clear, low-viscosity, solvent-free liquid epoxy formulated to deliver reliable, high-strength bonding across a wide range of marine and composite applications. When combined with any of the WEST SYSTEM® hardeners, 105 cures over a broad temperature range to form a tough, durable, moisture-resistant solid with excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Engineered specifically for timber, fibreglass, reinforcing fabrics, composite laminates and metals, 105 wets out fibres efficiently, penetrates timber surfaces deeply and bonds securely to prepared surfaces. Its controlled flow and film properties allow it to self-level when applied by roller, producing an even, consistent finish.

When modified with WEST SYSTEM® fillers, 105 becomes an exceptional gap-filling adhesive, fairing compound or structural putty capable of bridging voids, bonding irregular surfaces and being shaped, drilled or sanded after cure. This makes 105 one of the most versatile epoxy systems for marine construction, repair, fabrication, moulding, furniture building and composite work.
