West Systen Specialty Epoxies Atl Composites
WEST SYSTEM® Specialty Epoxies

WEST SYSTEM® specialty epoxies are engineered for applications that demand performance characteristics beyond those of standard 105 Resin-based systems—while maintaining the same industry-leading standards of strength, reliability and ease of use.

This specialised range includes G/Flex® 650, a toughened, flexible epoxy designed for high-strength bonding to difficult substrates, and Six10® Thickened Epoxy Adhesive, a ready-to-dispense structural epoxy that delivers precise, clean application with exceptional gap-filling capability.

These systems provide unique handling, toughness and adhesion profiles that meet the needs of marine, repair, construction and composite applications where enhanced flexibility, impact resistance or cartridge-based convenience is required.

G/flex® 650 Toughened Epoxy Adhesive

G/flex® 650 is a toughened, highly versatile epoxy adhesive designed for permanent, waterproof bonding across a wide range of materials. With a 1:1 mix ratio for simple, reliable use, this slightly flexible epoxy is engineered to withstand the stresses of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration — making it ideal for structural bonds where movement or impact resistance is required.

Viscous enough to stay in place without draining from joints, G/flex® 650 adheres exceptionally well to plastics, metals, aluminium, fibreglass, glass, ceramics, masonry, damp wood, difficult-to-bond wood species, and dissimilar materials. It is widely used for repairing aluminium boats, bonding polyethylene and ABS kayaks and canoes, timber repairs, and a range of marine, household and sporting equipment.

G/flex® 650 can also be modified with WEST SYSTEM® fillers and additives, and used to wet out fibreglass tapes and fabrics for reinforced repairs.

Six10™ Thickened Epoxy Adhesive

Six10™ Thickened Epoxy Adhesive delivers the strength, reliability and proven performance of a two-part WEST SYSTEM® epoxy in an easy-to-use, point-and-shoot format. Packaged in a self-metering coaxial cartridge, Six10™ dispenses a pre-thickened, gap-filling structural adhesive that cures to a tough, waterproof bond. The included static mixer blends the resin and hardener automatically, allowing users to apply a precise bead of epoxy using any standard caulking gun.

Formulated for versatility, Six10™ bonds tenaciously to wood, fibreglass, metals, composites, masonry and concrete, making it ideal for structural gap-filling, hardware installation, repairs and general bonding applications.

– Structural Strength. Cartridge Convenience.
