Crystic® GC LS 30PA (AUS) is a high-performance IsoNPG spray gelcoat engineered for exceptional water resistance, UV stability, and long-term surface durability in the most demanding composite applications. Pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application, this gelcoat delivers even coverage, minimal drainage, and low film porosity, resulting in high-quality cosmetic surfaces.

Developed for severe marine and land-transport environments, GC LS 30PA (AUS) offers superior resistance to weathering and moisture ingress while maintaining excellent surface finish and colour stability. Its low styrene emission formulation also improves workplace conditions without compromising performance.

Crystic® GC LS 30PA (AUS) is approved by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, confirming its suitability for critical marine applications.

Processing & Application

Crystic® GC LS 30PA (AUS) is pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application.

  • Recommended application temperature: 18–25°C

  • Catalyst: 1–2% Butanox® M50 or equivalent MEKP

  • Recommended wet film thickness: 600–800 microns

  • Airless spray nozzle: 423–535

  • Spray pressure: 3–4.5 bar

Apply using controlled mist and build-up passes to achieve uniform thickness and surface quality. Post curing is recommended to achieve optimum mechanical, thermal, and water-resistance performance prior to service.

    Store between 5°C and 25°C in original, unopened containers.
