Processing & Application
Crystic® GC LS 30PA (AUS) is pre-accelerated and formulated for spray application.
Recommended application temperature: 18–25°C
Catalyst: 1–2% Butanox® M50 or equivalent MEKP
Recommended wet film thickness: 600–800 microns
Airless spray nozzle: 423–535
Spray pressure: 3–4.5 bar
Apply using controlled mist and build-up passes to achieve uniform thickness and surface quality. Post curing is recommended to achieve optimum mechanical, thermal, and water-resistance performance prior to service.
