Epoxy Resins — Electrical

Electrical Casting & Encapsulation Epoxy Resins

The TECHNIREZ™ electrical epoxy range is formulated for casting, potting and encapsulation of electrical and electronic components — delivering durable insulation, moisture resistance and long-term dielectric performance in demanding operating environments. It's trusted for casting batteries, washing machine control units, oven igniters, fuel pump controllers, toroidal transformers and other sensitive circuit assemblies where reliability can't be compromised.

Formulated in-house, TECHNIREZ™ systems can be tailored for viscosity, gel time, thermal performance and mix ratio to match your process — including compatibility with existing metering and dispensing equipment, so adopting a new system doesn't mean re-tooling your line.

ATL's technical team supports commercial compliance including UL-V0 flame-retardant requirements, with additional international testing available on request for product certification and global market access. Select two or more systems below to compare specifications side by side.
