TECHNIREZ® R2532 – Glass-Fibre Reinforced Epoxy Tooling Paste

TECHNIREZ® R2532 is a solvent-free, glass-fibre reinforced epoxy paste designed for tooling, pattern making and foundry applications requiring strength, temperature resistance and easy hand-working performance. Formulated for use with H2406 or H2421 hardeners, the system cures at room temperature to form a tough, durable laminate with excellent dimensional stability.

When mixed, R2532 produces a high-build, easily hand-workable laminating paste suitable for creating strong structural back-up layers on moulds and patterns. Its reinforced formulation delivers superior mechanical strength, reduced shrinkage and improved resistance to handling stresses compared to standard filled epoxy pastes.

For high-temperature applications, such as pre-preg moulds or elevated curing processes, pairing R2532 with H2421 hardener enables the production of tooling that maintains performance under elevated thermal loads.
