Professional Two-Component High-Gloss Polyurethane Varnish

Epifanes Speedcoat Clear Gloss is a premium two-component acrylic polyurethane finishing varnish engineered for professional applications where maximum durability, gloss retention and environmental resistance are essential. Formulated with advanced UV filters, this system delivers outstanding clarity, exceptional weather resistance and long-term protection against discoloration — even in tropical conditions.

With superior chemical, scratch and abrasion resistance, Speedcoat Clear Gloss is designed for demanding marine and exterior environments where a hard, resilient and stable high-gloss finish is required. Its excellent flow and rapid curing characteristics make it especially suited for spray application, ensuring a smooth, high-build professional result.

  • Can be used as a protective UV-stable clearcoat over epoxy

  • For rapid film build, Epifanes PP Varnish Extra may be used underneath

  • Gloss version for exterior use; satin version for interior finishing

APPLICATION

  • Thinners:
    • Spray: Epifanes PU Speedcoat Thinner / PU Speedcoat Thinner Slow
    • General thinning: Adjust for product temperature and working conditions (avoid over-thinning)

RECOATING

  • Dry in approx. 1.5 hours at 18°C / 65°F
  • Recoatable after 1 hours at hours at 18°C / 65°F
